How to follow up with customers?

When a customer is interested in our services, create a task for the customer. And follow up with clients until the task is complete.

If the client is not close at all times, reschedule the task to follow up with the client.

Here's how to put one together for use with your client.

Kreye Task

Once you have created the tasks. You can go to Sales> Tasks to get started with the tasks during the day

Task Follow up

Don't forget to start with "Start X Tasks" so you can complete the tasks one by one. It is important to leave a note on the profile of each customer you contact.

When you get to the customer profile, you can do two things together

  • Reschedule

  • Skip

  • Complete
